Verticity is proud of our REMS (Remote Employee Management System) concept and it has proved time after time to work well with the majority of our clients.

How does Verticity’s REMS concept work?
 
1. Provide us with your technical resource requirement such as:
    a) Pertinent skill sets
    b) Years of Experience
    c) Expected REMS contract duration, etc.             
 
2. Based on your requirements, Verticity Inc. will provide detailed profiles/resumes of each technical resource with multiple options for your review along with respective billable rates of each technical resource.
 
3) You may select a panel of technical resources who have the profiles that best suit your requirement and thereafter, Verticity will arrange for a telephonic interview with the chosen resource(s) and you may then select the final professional/team. 
 
4. After the finalization of technical resource team members, Verticity Inc will sign a REMS contract and you can access Verticity’s E- Project Tracker (an offshore development tracking tool) to monitor your resources. It can be found at: http://www.eprojecttracker.com
 
5. Verticity will also assign one key account executive/manager for all business communications and issues related to your REMS team if you prefer that arrangement. Additional project management services located in our NYC office are also available for you to take advantage of at a reasonable cost.
 
6. Selected team will be dedicated to your project(s)/company with monthly billings. Selected team will be on Verticity’s payroll but dedicated to you for the duration of your REMS contract.
 
7. Verticity will provide offshore Project Management Support, Infrastructure, HR & Administrative support to your REMS team.
 
8. Verticity’s E- Project Tracker will provide remote access to track hourly, daily, weekly and monthly works of your billable team. You will also be sent daily progress reports, time sheets, etc daily by Verticity managers and/or your team members.
 
9. A dedicated communication channel will be developed between you and your REMS employee/team for continuous communications, conferencing and collaboration through messaging, email, VOIP line, etc. You can request to be provided with a direct line to communicate with your team.
 
10. Invoices along with hourly work details will be generated by key account manager and will be sent every week (or your preference) for your billing approval. After your approval, weekly bill will be added in monthly billing which will then be due for payment on monthly basis.
 
11. You may share your review of your employee/team with key account executive/manager regularly. This is actually encouraged to ensure we are meeting with client standards.
